This artifact shows that I have the ability to create lesson plans that follow the standardized benchmarks that students must meet, as well as including the proper accommodations to fit all different types of students and learning.

This project shows that I have the capability to do research and find the proper accommodations to be inclusive for students of different cultures in my classroom. This project allowed me to find how to research and where to find resources to learn about different cultures' educational systems so that I can better understand my foreign students who are learning English as a second language in a non-language-based classroom subject.

This artifact reflects my experience and observations from the service-learning I did in an English language learning program, which can show tangible evidence of my participation and support of an ESL teacher and how I worked with an adult student population.
